Reproductive System, Contraception, and Conception
Today's visit to the herbalist taught me the following.
Birth control pills
We discussed a patient's case where she appeared like a he, but when the herbalist read her pulse, he discovered that this patient was a woman. Her hormonal system was severely out of balance due to over-consumption of birth control pills.
Sometimes she takes two, or more, pills a day, depending on the frequency of her sexual activity. This has also caused her lethargy. As soon as she sits down, she doesn't want to get up. She cannot get up from bed in the morning.
Different individuals display different symptoms.
Even if there was no need for contraception on a certain day, the girl is still advised to take one pill, to make sure that the hormonal system doesn't go out of whack. The user cannot take control of her body one day, and not take control the next day. Hence, the consumption has to be regular, whether her activity is regular or not.
The pill acts to kill the sperm in the uterus. Even when there is no sperm, it will still kill (the uterus), by drying it up.
Energetically speaking, the pill blocks energy flow in the uterus. Hence the body re-routes the energy to another meridian, the closest being the cervix. Other places being the fallopian tubes, ovaries, bladder, or breasts. These places could develop tumour in advanced cases. Not every user will develop cancer, as it depends on how the individual body adjusts to this intervention of the natural flow of energy.
Timing of conception
On a separate topic, we talked about conception. It is best about five to seven days after the girl finishes menstruation. When menstruation ends for that cycle, the body needs some time to rest and recover. After a few days, the body has enough energy to release the ovum/egg. The egg basically says, "Okay, I am going to leave the house now." This is the best time to conceive, because this is the time when the egg carries the most of the girl's essence/energy. That means the child will inherit more vital energy from the mother, hence will be smarter, stronger, etc. Those who inherit less will be weaker.
The child inherits more of the father's vital energy when it comes from a strong sperm, which comes from good health.
The timing of conception can be compared to the rising and falling of the sun in a day. During sunset, solar energy is weak. During sunrise, solar energy doesn't appear strong, but it carries lots of potential, which it will reveal during midday. So sunrise is the best time to capture the energy. ^_^
There are other factors that determine the amount of the mother's essence being transferred into the child. Timing is one of them.

The best way to take care of our body is to establish balance. Nature has its own ways of establishing balance. We just have to respect nature, hence respect our body. ^_^
