Need to capture pictures of myself ... because I find that I rarely have enough.  taken in August 2010 and Christmas 2010.

I would like to formally introduce my darling Jia Jia to everyone, although most have already known of him one way or another.  Jia Jia was from Hong Kong Ocean Park.  He flew to Canada in 2008.   He has a permanent full time job, with a work-if-he-wants schedule.  He spends most of his time supervising his two underlings.  He has a girlfriend, who was brought over from China by my first student during her Christmas 2011 trip.  He has travelled to Jamaica, and made a couple of friends there.  He is a very popular guy, with many friends and coworkers.  He is also socially active on the internet, having a Facebook profile with lots of his pictures on it. He is a very happy guy with a very happy life.  My first student commented that Jia Jia was the luckiest panda in the world, since he got to sit on Seven Mile Beach of Negril, Jamaica watching the sun set. I hope my darling will always be happy.  And I love Jia Jia.  Muah ~ ~ ~ ...

Jia Jia was saddened by one of the phrases in Yoshimoto's novel: "... stuffed animals are unsanitary ..."  (◕︵◕)

I cannot work without my colorful pens. Dark blue, sky blue, yellow, orange, green, red, violet, etc.

I suppose this would be my birthday present to me.

I spent most of today travelling. Hung out (quick stroll actually) in downtown Montego Bay with a few other travellers. The cab driver asked me, "You 24?" I said, "No, I'm 25." I was fresh-faced, bespectacled, dishevelled, and dressed down. I'm not pretty, but just plain (and young).

Jia Jia said, "Yo, your work laptop says it's 12.06am. I am getting dark circles around my eyes now ~"
