This is Jia Jia

I would like to formally introduce my darling Jia Jia to everyone, although most have already known of him one way or another.  Jia Jia was from Hong Kong Ocean Park.  He flew to Canada in 2008.  
He has a permanent full time job, with a work-if-he-wants schedule.  He spends most of his time supervising his two underlings.  He has a girlfriend, who was brought over from China by my first student during her Christmas 2011 trip.  He has travelled to Jamaica, and made a couple of friends there.  He is a very popular guy, with many friends and coworkers.  He is also socially active on the internet, having a Facebook profile with lots of his pictures on it.

He is a very happy guy with a very happy life.  My first student commented that Jia Jia was the luckiest panda in the world, since he got to sit on Seven Mile Beach of Negril, Jamaica watching the sun set.

I hope my darling will always be happy.  And I love Jia Jia.  Muah ~ ~ ~  { ^ _ ^ }

Introversion and Extroversion

There are many articles, books, blogs, videos, etc. about Jungian personality traits of introversion and extroversion.  Here's my summary: Introversion is a inward movement of energy (contractive). Extroversion is an outward movement of energy (projective). There are different reasons for the direction of flow.  However, I can only use myself as an example, as I could not find examples of Jungian personality traits being discussed as energy flows.  As much as I can understand myself (not enough), below are some possible reasons of the inward flow of personal energy: 1) Low energy level:  When I am tired, either lack of sleep, or body requires extra energy to rebuild, realign, recover, etc., then I pull in my energy. 2) Creative work:  When I write, I draw in a lot of energy, because otherwise I am a scatterbrain whose ideas don't flow logically or structurally.  Other individual activities such as reading also draw in a lot of energy, but it differs in the sense that

Energy / Prana / Qi

The lady who shook my hand showed me her expensive ruby ring, and a ruby bracelet. Ruby that is made into jewelries has been treated at very high temperature. Raw ruby emits a vibrational frequency that is beneficial to the human body whereas "cooked" ruby is dead and offers no health benefits.
